My journey will Bill's exhaust started back in January of this year when I ordered a Vandemon exhaust that has been on back order and I eventually learned there were no plans to make any exhaust for my BMW R18B anytime soon. I expressed my frustration with Bill's and they were always professional and answered my emails in a timely manner. I canceled that vandemon order and ended up ordering a Freedom Performance Exhaust. Despite my bad experience the first time around which wasn't Bill's fault, I went back and ordered because Samantha is absolutely amazing and her customer service is incredible and much appreciated. Samantha always replied back to me as soon as possible and I can't thank her enough for that because nothing is more frustrating than bad customer service. Big ups to Samantha she is definitely a real one and a great asset to the Bill's Exhaust team. Samantha deserves a raise and an all expense paid month long vacation.

Great communication throughout delays in delivery due to manufacturer. Packaging ensured no damage to the muffler. Muffler itself fit great, easy install and good sound without excessive noise. Will absolutely do business with again.

Great improvement for the Tiger 1200 exhaust. The stock unit is so quiet and this let's you hear the triple a lot more. The quality is great and the installation was very easy.

Bill's Exhaust had competitive pricing on the Akrapovic header and Leo Vince muffler. Shipping was as fast at took less that a week.
I received emails with tracking and the parts shipped right away. Zero issues with my order. I haven't installed the header yet but will soon coordinated with an ECU reflash from a separate provider.
